K.L. McIff is the former presiding judge for the Sixth District Court, where he served from approximately 1994-2005. Before his appointment as a judge, he had a successful law practice for many years, most recently as a partner in the law firm of Olsen, McIff, & Chamberlain. Kay has a great deal of courtroom experience as both an attorney and a judge. Kay is a graduate of Utah State University and acquired his law degree from the University of Utah.

Mark McIff is the former chief criminal prosecutor for Wasatch County. As a result, he is experienced in county government issues and in law enforcement. Prior to his employment with the County, Mark maintained a private law practice handling various property, contract, criminal, and domestic cases. Mark is a graduate of Southern Utah University and Gonzaga University School of Law.
